Chapter Four

In the hotel room, July sat on the edge of the bed, nerves plucking at her belly. Why had she taken Carter back to her hotel room? He stood before her, a drool-inducing sight of pure male, and she wanted to rip off his clothes.

“July, it’s okay,” said Carter. “I’m not going to eat you.”

July’s stomach jumped.

As if he realized July might bolt at any time—from her own damned room—Carter unzipped his pants and took them off. Before July knew it, she was staring at a very large erection jutting in her direction. Her mouth went dry.

Carter grinned at her reaction. “Want to touch me, baby?”

July watched, mesmerized. “Yes.”

He walked forward until he was within her hand’s reach.

And, she realized, within her mouth’s reach, too.

July trembled. She was terrified and nervous and excited. Her hands shook as she grasped his velvety shaft. At first, her touches were tentative. As she got comfortable, she stroked down to cup his balls with one hand. She squeezed lightly.

Carter moaned. “That feels so good.”

Licking her lips, she slowly lowered her mouth onto him. He was way more than a mouthful. But she loved the feel of him against her lips, her tongue. His musky scent intoxicated her.

“That’s very good,” said Carter. “Take all of me. Relax your throat and suck me down deep.”

July closed her eyes and did exactly as Carter said. When the head touched the back of her throat, and he moaned his appreciation, she wanted to cheer. Slowly, she released Carter’s shaft. She licked from base to tip, tasting and sucking and enjoying the velvety hardness. Pleasure stroked her as she stroked Carter. It was amazing how much this act turned her on, as much as it seemed to turn him on.

Sucking his length down her throat again, July savored the feel and the taste. She wondered if Carter would give her the same kind of pleasure. How would it feel to have Carter nestled into her most private place? Oh God. She hummed with desire, and he rewarded her with another moan. July slid his cock in and out of her mouth, lubing it with her tongue as she stroked him with her lips.

“July,” said Carter hoarsely. “I’m trying to... wait.” His hands wrapped around July’s skull. “Stop, doll.”

She reluctantly let him go. She looked up at her lover. Dazed. Hungry. Trembling.

Carter’s eyes were dark and hot. “Take off the necklace.”

Confused, July fumbled with the chain. She undid the clasp, and the gold slithered off her neck. She held it out for him to take.

Carter shook his head. “Place it on the night stand.”

Even though his request confused her, July complied, but her sexual need had been slightly doused by curiosity. “What’s wrong with my necklace?”

“You don’t even know what that is, do you?” He lifted her to her feet, pulling her close. “I want you, July. Desperately.”

Carter devoured her mouth, thrusting his tongue inside. Flames of lust flared in her belly making her forget about her curiosity. Then he broke the heated contact and stared into her eyes.
